The unit

It doesn't replace your engine. It feeds it better gas.

H2 Systems installs inline with the engine you already run — a resort generator, a transfer speedboat, a yacht's genset. No re-engineering, no downtime beyond the install.

Electrolysis

A sealed cell filled with distilled water and a caustic-soda electrolyte splits water into hydrogen and oxygen (HHO gas), drawing current only while the engine runs.

HHO gas, on demand

Gas output is set and current-limited by a PWM controller matched to your engine — nothing is stored under pressure, so there's no tank and no combustion risk sitting on board.

Combustion

HHO enters the intake alongside the normal air and fuel charge. Hydrogen ignites fast and helps the flame front spread more completely through the cylinder — burning more of the carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons that would otherwise leave as smoke and soot. Any fuel that gets saved as a result also means less CO₂, in direct proportion — that's the number your pilot measures.
